WitFit exists to support women through menopause and midlife — physically, mentally, and emotionally (because wow, that’s a lot).

I offer movement classes that build strength, mobility, and confidence in real, changing bodies — no pressure, no perfection, and definitely no “push through it” nonsense. Expect smart movement, humor, and plenty of “Wait… I can do that?!” moments.

I also host the AARP-sponsored Menopause Matters series, where we gather for expert insight, real talk, laughter, and community around all things midlife.

This is about feeling capable again. Connected again. And strong in a way that actually supports your life.
